Here we will answer some common questions our customers have about renting a roll off dumpster.

We want to go above and beyond when taking care of your dumpster rental needs. That includes making sure that we’ve answered any questions you have.

Yes, Remember though, prices do not include sales tax or fuel surcharges.

Yes, but due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor, travel fees can be quite high. Please visit our service area page for the towns we cover or call us and we can let you know if we can deliver a dumpster to you.

Yes, the day of delivery and day of pickup are included in your 5 day rental. Remember, we can deliver the dumpster at anytime during the day and same for pickup.

That depends on how the rentals end up on the schedule for that day. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may deliver early as 7am or as late as 5pm. We do always give the customer a call when we are headed there to let you know we are on our way with the roll off dumpster.

We accept, Cash and Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. We do not accept checks. You can view our privacy policy here.

All orders require payment on or before delivery.

We offer four different size dumpsters which are 8 yard, 12 yard, 15 yard & 18 yard. You can visit our Roll Off Dumpster Rental Page to find the pricing, dimensions and included tonnage per dumpster size.

We do require a spot at least 15′ Long and 10′ wide or big enough to park a pickup truck or suv.

We can place the dumpster on pavement, concrete, dirt or grass. The surface just needs to be strong enough to hold the weight of the dumpster and the contents you load into it. We do place boards when delivering the dumpster to help make sure there is no property damage.

Yes. You can click here and see a copy of the terms of a rental. There will also be a link in your receipt once you’ve ordered or you may contact our office as well.

If the dumpster is damaged while on your property, there may be additional charges based on the type and extent of damage. Talk to us to learn more.
